Shipping Policy –

1. Service Overview

PushpaSales ensures that your LED TV reaches you in perfect condition, on time, and with complete tracking transparency. We partner with leading logistics and courier companies to maintain the highest standards of safety and punctuality. Whether you’re purchasing a television for your home, business, or gifting purposes, our goal is to deliver with care and professionalism.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services across major cities, towns, and select rural areas in India. Our primary service zones include Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, along with their nearby regions. However, delivery to remote areas, hilly terrains, or pin codes not covered by our logistics partners may not be available. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you promptly and offer an alternate arrangement if possible.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. from the time of confirmation and successful payment. During festive seasons, sales events, or periods of high order volume, order processing may take longer, but we will notify you in advance in such cases.

Processing involves:

  • Order verification
  • Product quality check
  • Secure packaging
  • Dispatch arrangement with our delivery partner

Orders received after 3 PM IST are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following working day.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free of charge in select serviceable areas.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: Additional shipping charges may apply based on location, size of the TV, and logistic complexity.
  • Special Handling Fees: May apply for high-rise deliveries (above 3rd floor without elevator access), restricted zones, or timed deliveries upon customer request.

8. Receiving the Shipment

We request all customers to follow the steps below at the time of delivery:

  1. Inspect the outer box for any visible signs of damage or tampering.
  2. Record an unboxing video from the beginning to end, without any pause, to validate any future claims.
  3. Do not sign the delivery receipt if the package is visibly damaged. In such cases, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.

If you find any physical damage or missing accessories after opening the package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Unboxing video
  • Order ID

Late claims may not be accepted due to logistics partner policies.

9. Delivery Attempts and Redelivery

Our delivery partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail due to unavailability or incorrect address details, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases:

  • We may reschedule delivery at an additional charge.
  • A cancellation fee may be applied if redelivery is declined.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery period.

10. Installation Support

Most LED TVs come with free installation support provided by the respective brand. Once the product is delivered:

  • PushpaSales will register your installation request with the brand (if applicable).
  • The brand’s technician will contact you within 24–48 hours to schedule the installation.

Customers are advised not to open the TV or attempt self-installation before the technician arrives, as it may void the warranty.

11. Delivery Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure timely and damage-free delivery, PushpaSales is not liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Third-party courier issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Local government restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer once the delivery is marked complete by our shipping partner.

12. Cancellation or Modification of Orders

Shipping cannot be stopped or modified once the product is dispatched. If you wish to cancel or modify the order, please contact us before it is shipped.

Once shipped:

  • You must follow the return/refund policy.
  • Return shipping and handling costs (if applicable) may be deducted.
