Return & Refund Policy –

1. General Policy Guidelines

PushpaSales offers return and refund support only under certain specific conditions. As LED TVs are high-value, delicate electronic products, we follow strict quality control and delivery procedures. However, should any issue arise post-delivery, this policy ensures a clear and transparent resolution process.

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size choice after installation
  • Product not fitting into your space or decor
  • Preference for another brand/model post-purchase

2. Return Eligibility

A return request may be considered valid under the following scenarios:

  • The LED TV was damaged in transit or delivered with visible physical damage.
  • The product delivered is not as ordered (wrong brand, model, size).
  • The LED TV has manufacturing defects, discovered before or during installation.
  • The product is incomplete, i.e., accessories such as remote, stands, cables, or documents are missing.

To be eligible for a return, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Provide an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
  • Ensure the product is unused and uninstalled, unless the defect was discovered during brand-authorized installation.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund claims. It should:

  • Start before the product is opened.
  • Show the complete unpacking process without any pause or cuts.
  • Clearly display any damage or missing parts.

Claims without a valid video may be rejected due to fraud protection policies enforced by logistics and manufacturing partners.

4. Return Process

Return time frame: within 3 days of purchase, the return should be placed and will be delivered in 7 days.

Step 1: Raise a Return Request

Contact our customer support team through phone or email within 24 hours of delivery. Share:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the damage/issue
  • Unboxing video
  • Description of the problem

Step 2: Assessment & Approval

Our quality control or logistics team will assess the provided information. If necessary, we may coordinate with the brand’s service team for inspection.

Step 3: Pickup Scheduling

Once the return is approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup. Please:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, documents, and invoice.

The pickup timeline varies by location and logistics availability but typically occurs within 2–4 business days.

Step 4: Replacement or Refund

Depending on stock availability, we will:

  • Replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method (as detailed below).

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product is damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper installation.
  • Product has been installed, used, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.
  • Original packaging, accessories, or invoice is missing.
  • The claim is raised beyond 24 hours from delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • The order is cancelled before shipping.
  • The product is returned with valid proof, and a replacement is not possible.

Refund Timelines:

  • UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking: 5–7 working days from approval.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer. Bank details must be provided by the customer.
  • EMI Orders: Refund timing and processing charges depend on your bank. We are not responsible for interest fees deducted by the bank or NBFC.

7. Exchange Policy

Exchange time frame is within 48 hours and placed new order and will be delivered in 48 hours

8. Warranty and After-Sales Support

All LED TVs sold by PushpaSales are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model.

Warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Display issues
  • Remote control problems
  • Motherboard or speaker malfunction

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage
  • Power surges or external fire/water damage
  • Damages due to improper installation or usage

Customers must contact the brand’s customer service directly for warranty-related repairs or replacement post-installation. PushpaSales may assist in coordinating the first service request if required.

9. Cancellations

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Can be done before dispatch by contacting customer care.
  • Full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.

Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. The customer will need to follow the return process after receiving the product.

Order Cancellation by PushpaSales:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Out-of-stock situations
  • Pricing errors
  • Incorrect or unserviceable delivery locations
  • Fraud detection

Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Responsibility and Limitations

PushpaSales is not responsible for:

  • Damage after delivery and installation.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
  • Technical issues covered under brand warranty after 24 hours of delivery.

We ensure our role is fulfilled up to the point of delivery and verified installation assistance. After that, the brand’s warranty policy will take effect.
