PushpaSales – Terms & Conditions for LED TV Purchase

Welcome to PushpaSales! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing an LED TV from our store. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Information

  • All LED TVs sold by PushpaSales are brand new, original, and sourced from authorized manufacturers or distributors.
  • Specifications, features, and images shown are for reference only and may vary slightly due to product updates.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable GST unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via cash, UPI, card, or other accepted methods.
  • PushpaSales reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Warranty

  • All LED TVs come with a standard manufacturer warranty (usually 1–3 years), as specified on the product page.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, electrical surges, or mishandling are not covered.
  • Warranty service is provided by the brand’s authorized service centers, not by PushpaSales.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • Products can be returned or replaced only if found damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video and proof of defect.
  • Returns or replacements are subject to inspection and approval.

5. Delivery and Installation

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delays due to logistics or external factors are not the responsibility of PushpaSales.
  • Installation is typically provided free of charge by the manufacturer. PushpaSales may assist in scheduling.
  • Ensure the installation site is ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing.
  • In case of cancellation before dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • PushpaSales is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by improper use of the product.
  • We make no guarantees beyond what is covered by the manufacturer warranty.

8. Dispute Resolution
